Welcome Home
We are very excited to welcome you into our Yoga Home! Offering nurturing retreats for an all-inclusive price that makes sure you are completely taken care of.

Our cozy home has three bedrooms, a well-stocked kitchen, spacious veranda and large garden - which comes with fresh vegetables, a small pool, a zen fishpond, the smell of lavender and two friendly dogs.
​
The house is located in the countryside 50km north of Rome, just outside the small town of Nepi. It is a little off-the-beaten track, which makes it an ideal location for retreating to!
Make sure you book your flights to Rome, Ciampino or Fiumicino Airport. If you want to arrange an airport pick-up, please contact us with your flight details. If you plan to enjoy a few days in Rome we highly recommend doing this before the retreat.

Booking Terms & Conditions
By placing a booking with us (Elemental Yoga Retreat), you (the lead guest) and your booking party (guests) agree to the following terms and conditions as set-out. If you have any questions about booking with us, please contact us before making a booking. To place a booking the lead guest must be at least 16 years of age. Where the person making the booking is different to the lead guest taking up the occupation, the person making the booking may be held responsible for cancellation, non-arrival and damages as set-out within.
All guests agree to respect the privacy and peace of all other retreat guests and the owners at all times. We reserve the right to cancel a booking with immediate effect if guests are not honoring this agreement or are causing a disturbance/nuisance to others. We reserve the right to charge the lead guest for any significant damages caused through the course of the retreat. This includes breakages, spillages, stains, damage to furniture, yoga equipment or fixtures and fittings. Any accidental damages should kindly be reported as soon as possible.
To complete any booking we require full amount of the retreat to be paid in advance. A 50% deposit can be paid to secure your place, the remaining amount to be paid 30 days before the retreat start date. Payment in several instalments can be arranged on an individual basis. Full amount of booking must be 'cleared funds' before a booking can be confirmed. Deposits are only refundable under the conditions set-out here within.
Guest who need to cancel a booking should contact us as soon as possible. Deposits already paid are only returned in accordance with the following conditions:

Cancellation made 30 days or more of arrival date receive 50% of deposit refund

Cancellation made less than 30 days of arrival date will have no refund issued, unless you can provide an alternative guest to fill your space on the retreat.
Non-arrival guests, who are unable to attend or fail to attend without informing us, forfeit their deposit paid and the full amount of the booking will be due. It is suggested that booking guests take out appropriate holiday / cancellation insurance where required.
In the rare event that we need to cancel a retreat, you will be given a full refund or the option to join another similar retreat. Please be aware that we cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our control and that our liability to you is limited to the refund of any payment already made.
