Elemental Yoga Therapy

There are so many layers to our being. We are made up of highly complex, intelligent, interlinked systems and energies that keep us in good health, happiness and balance. But when something (usually long-term stress, an unhealthy lifestyle or sudden trauma) affects those layers and systems, we find ourselves in a state of imbalance. Elemental Yoga Therapy is a gentle invitation to reconnect and rebalance through Mother Nature. Using Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda and 5 Element healing principles, we will uncover the way the elements are moving through you, where the underlying blockages are and create therapeutic practices to heal them. In a yoga therapy session we discuss the root cause(s) of your imbalance and create a combination of practices to gradually bring you back into natural alignment. As a certified yoga therapist I provide a safe space for you to talk about and heal your imbalances. Along with the yoga (asana, pranayama & meditation), the session can also include nutritional advice, following a guided cleanse, emotional releasing or perhaps even using massage, essential oils and affirmations.

Holistic Coaching

This is a powerful form of coaching that approaches every aspect of your life - body, mind and spirit - as a whole. Depending on your needs, our sessions may focus on life, health or spiritual coaching, most likely a combination of all three. As a coach I am committed to supporting you in your unique journey, keeping you motivated and empowered, providing ongoing guidance and essentially helping you design your life in the most positive, healthy and fulfilling way possible. The main focus is creating something that feels right for YOU. Whether you are searching for lifestyle changes, more clarity towards your dreams and goals, transforming habits that no longer serve you, tapping into your intuition or strengthening you self-confidence...I am here for you every step of the way. Together we will develop tools and practices that work best for you, this may include mindfulness techniques, designing healthy routines, guided meditations, affirmations, goal-setting, journaling, dance or other creative outlets.

Tell me what you are struggling with and together we will create a holistic and natural approach to soften, stabilise or rebalance it. All sessions are tailored specifically to you and the integrative techniques used are adapted to meet your personal needs. Your therapy or coaching doesn't have to be lengthy, if you are ready to do the work. But it also isn't a quick fix. Like all natural processes, it takes time. Having realistic expectations is important, therefore I only work with clients who are really committed to their healing journey.

Yoga Therapy & Coaching

How does it work?

We start with an extensive intake, in which we discuss your (medical) history, wishes and motivation. Depending on your needs, I will explain how the Elemental Therapy or Holistic Coaching works and specifically how the elements that are presenting in your life can be rebalanced. After this introduction, we will either continue with a life or health coaching session, or do a short yoga practice together for you to experience my teaching style and for me to assess your movement, breathing and elemental constitution. 

After the first intake, we will schedule regular sessions that work for you (for example every Monday evening). These sessions start with a check-in talk and then 1hr of yoga practice or coaching. Together, we evaluate your progress and readjust as needed. Essentially, you are your own healer. I am just here to provide a safe space, loving support and guidance along the way to reclaiming your own natural medicine! 

In-person sessions are 1.5 hrs and cost € 150 

Online sessions are 1.5 hrs and cost € 120 

Note: Yoga Therapy and Holistic Coaching online sessions are conducted via Skype or WhatsApp video call
